Yes, all work is done remotely from Indonesia. Occasionally, you may need to travel to Germany for
1–2 weeks, usually for onboarding, training,
or introductions. Visa, tickets, accommodation, and meals will be provided by us.
Working hours follow German working hours. This means starting at 8/9 CET (Central European Time). With WIB,
there is a difference of 5 hours in summer and 6 hours in winter time.
WIB is ahead of CET. So 9 am in Germany is 2 pm in WIB in Summer, or 3 pm in Winter.
No. We do not provide laptops, cameras, microphones, or internet.
The concept is BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
For standard software like Microsoft Office, we can provide it, but most applicants already have it.
For special software licenses required for your project, we will provide them.
1. Most projects are annual, averaging 1 year in duration. Some may last only 3 months. We will inform you beforehand and usually aim to place you in the next project before your current project ends. Our goal is to maintain 100% capacity per year, but we cannot guarantee it.
